Arrested Maharashtra Leaders Can't Vote In Rajya Sabha Polls: Court

Arrested Maharashtra ruling party leaders Nawab Malik and Anil Deshmukh will not get bail to vote in the Rajya Sabha elections, a court in Mumbai ruled today. The decision comes a day before the elections in which every vote counts. The two may approach the High Court.
