The Islamabad High Court accepted the request to make the IG Islamabad a party to contempt of court in the Shireen Mazari case and issued a notice in the contempt of court case.


In the case of PTI leader Shireen Mazari, a hearing was held on the request to make the IG Islamabad a party to the contempt of court, Islamabad High Court Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb heard the case.

In the petition, it is requested that IG Islamabad be made a party in the contempt of court case, the court accepted the request to make IG Islamabad a party in the contempt of court case in Shireen Mazari case.

The court issued a notice to IG Islamabad in the contempt of court case and adjourned the hearing till May 25.
