The capital of Armenia is once again experiencing protests following Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's controversial sacking of the chief of the armed forces.

The current volatility has been mostly fueled by a dispute over weaponry. The PM claimed that Russian-made Iskander missile systems had failed in the Nagorno-Karabakh war – while the Russian Defence Ministry says Armenia didn't even use that weapon in the conflict.
