Armenia says a ceasefire with Azerbaijan is 'mostly holding', following a day of violence that saw an Armenian soldier killed and a dozen others captured.
The Armenian defence ministry says the ceasefire was brokered by Russia after clashes that sparked fears of a new flare-up.
It has been the worst outburst of violence since fighting over the disputed Nagorno-Karabakh border region last year, which left more than 6,000 people dead.
Al Jazeera's Robin Forestier-Walker reports from Tbilisi, Georgia.
