Immigration and the U.S. border continue to be points of political tension. The controversy continues to be divisive with Republicans resorting to desperate measures to stem the flow of crossings.

In Arizona, shipping containers are being stacked two by two in open areas along the state's border with Mexico.

Although illegal, it's the final act of the state governor, Republican Doug Ducey, before Democrat Katie Hobbs takes over.

But as Mike Drolet reports, a change in leadership doesn't necessarily signal a solution to the crisis.
