About 25 per cent of Canadians suffer from seasonal allergies and if yours feel worse than usual this year you’re not the only one.

“This year’s the worst. The other years were okay,” Cheryl Decaire said about her seasonal allergies. “Sinus and my throat — that’s why I sound all stuffy,” she added.

The typical seasonal allergy symptoms — sneezing, coughing and generally feeling more miserable than usual – are being felt my many.
