Dozens of people held a protest against the mayor of London's expansion of the ULEZ scheme outside Downing Street.

The controversial plan to extend the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) clean air scheme is defended by the capital's mayor as "vital" for the health of Londoners - but the prime minister attacks the move for hitting working families.
