Anti-Trump Republican says party is now 'panicking' following candidate switch

Chief of staff at the Lincoln Project, Ryan Wiggins, says the Republican Party is "absolutely panicking" following Joe Biden stepping down in the US presidential race.

She says the Republicans "knew how to define Biden - whereas Kamala Harris is largely undefined right now".
