Anger in Buffalo at response to deadly snow storm

Sky's US correspondent Martha Kelner reports from Buffalo in New York in the aftermath of the record snow storm where 38 people were killed.

Now, after the clean up operation, there are questions facing local authorities about how well prepared the region was.

There is also anger after it emerged more than half those who died were from black or Hispanic communities.
