Andrew Malkinson's rape conviction overturned

A court of appeal hearing is taking place for Andrew Malkinson, for the rape of a woman in Salford in 2003.

Mr Malkinson was convicted of attacking a woman in Greater Manchester and jailed for life the following year, but challenged his conviction in light of new DNA evidence linking another potential suspect to the crime.
