अनंतनाग के कोकरनाग में हुए आतंकी मुठभेड़ में एक कर्नल, मेजर और जम्मू-कश्मीर पुलिस के डीएसपी शहीद हो गए. दोनों के पैतृक आवास पर लोगों की भीड़, परिवार में मातम का माहौल है. जम्मू समेत कई जगहों पर पाकिस्तान के ख़िलाफ़ प्रदर्शन और नारेबाज़ी हुई है। कई जगहों पर शहीदों को नम आंखों से श्रद्धांजलि दी गई. इस घटना पर देशभर में आक्रोश है. जम्मू-कश्मीर में भारतीय सेना और सुरक्षा बलों की कार्रवाई जारी है.
