Amit Shah Lok Sabha Speech: लोकसभा में राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली सरकार (संशोधन) विधेयक, 2023 की चर्चा के दौरान केंद्रीय गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने कहा कि संविधान में ऐसे प्रावधान हैं जो केंद्र को दिल्ली के लिए कानून बनाने की अनुमति देते हैं. इस दौरान उन्होंने आम आदमी पार्टी पर हमला बोलते हुए कहा कि साल 2015 में दिल्ली में एक ऐसी पार्टी सत्ता में आई जिसका मकसद सिर्फ लड़ना था, सेवा करना नहीं. मकसद ट्रांसफर पोस्टिंग करने का अधिकार हासिल करना नहीं, बल्कि अपने बंगले बनाने जैसे भ्रष्टाचार को छुपाने के लिए सतर्कता विभाग पर कब्ज़ा करना है.’

During the discussion on the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) Bill, 2023 in the Lok Sabha, Union Home Minister Amit Shah said that there are provisions in the Constitution that allow the Center to make laws for Delhi.
