Union Home Minister Amit Shah flagged off 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign at 'Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav' programme in Chandigarh on Saturday. Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar was also present at the event.  'Har Ghar Tiranga' is a unique campaign to express gratitude towards freedom fighters by hoisting the Tricolor at every house from August 13 to 15.
