Workers at Amazon’s Coventry warehouse are voting in an historic ballot which could see the company recognise a trade union for the first time ever in the UK.

If they win, the GMB union would be able to collectively bargain on behalf of Amazon staff over pay and conditions.
But Channel 4 News has spoken to a number of workers who say the work can be physically punishing and claim the two trillion dollar company is employing anti-union tactics, which Amazon denies.
