There is a new twist on an old scam that involves fake Canadian border service agents calling people claiming that real and illegal packages are being sent across the border in their name.
The Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre (CAFC) has recently put out an alert as well, warning these types of frauds are not only evolving but escalating.
As Tomasia DaSilva reports, this most recent scam has cost a Calgary woman her entire life savings.
