Weather conditions in parts of Alberta have gone from one extreme to another, as residents who just returned from wildfire evacuations west of Edmonton are now facing floods.

This comes 10 years after the historic floods of southern Alberta which resulted in the first-ever State of Provincial Emergency in Canadian history.

Tonight on the communities that can’t seem to catch a break.
