Jury selection is scheduled to begin on Monday for the trial of three white men accused of racially motivated murder in the shotgun death of 25-year-old Ahmaud Arbery, a Black jogger.

In an interview, Arbery's mother, Wanda Cooper-Jones, said her son was shot dead in February of 2020 as he was jogging because he was Black.
