The RSPCA in Wales is appealing for information after 13 guinea pigs were found in Cardiff.

Elaine Spencer, RSPCA's chief inspector for Cardiff and South East Wales, told Sky News that there was no CCTV in the area to locate the owner, and gave her advice on how best to help abandoned pets.
