It’s always a bit awkward when the ‘innocent’ are proven guilty. And today, a jury found Jussie Smollett guilty of lying about his racist, homophobic assault. Not fantastic for all those that defended him… but at least the ‘Empire’ actor can go to bed tonight knowing his attacker was brought to justice.
