In what it calls an attempt to eradicate misinformation regarding the US election, Facebook has made ‘a temporary emergency change’ to its algorithm. But one knock-on effect appears to be giving a preference to content that is pro-Joe Biden. Some Facebook workers were referring to the algorithm as 'the nicer news feed.'
