Russia's relentless attacks on Ukraine continue as missiles and so-called kamikaze drones hit residential areas and infrastructure across Ukraine. Ukraine says Russia has destroyed 30% of its power stations in the past week. Some say it looks like a deliberate plan to knock out power and heat in populated areas as winter approaches.
