Today it is the 23rd day of the farmers' agitation and doesn't look to the end. Emphasizing the right to protest, the top court noted that there can certainly be no impediment in the exercise of such rights as long as it is non-violent and does not result in damage to life and properties. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the meetings at 2 p.m. through video conferencing.
