Twenty-one people have been arrested over the violence in northwest Delhi's Jahangirpuri that took place on Saturday evening, in which eight policemen and a civilian were injured; Two persons named accused of rioting in Madhya Pradesh's Khargone during Ram Navami were not even present at the spot of the clashes, their family members have claimed and other top stories.
