El festival, declarado Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial por la UNESCO, tuvo que trasladarse al otoño, en 2020, debido al confinamiento. Este año, vuelve en todo su esplendor a sus fechas habituales, en primavera, aunque con aforos reducidos.
