Opposing madrassa education for children, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said on Sunday that schools should impart modern education so that students have the choice to do anything in the future and religious education can be given at home.

असम के सीएम Himanta Biswa Sarma ने मदरसे को लेकर बड़ा बयान दिया है। सीएम का कहना है कि इस शिक्षा प्रणाली के चलते हमारे मुस्लिम समाज के बच्चे पढ़ाई में काफी पीछे रह जाते हैं। जिसका सीधा असर उनके भविष्य पर पड़ता है। वहीं कुरान पढ़ने को लेकर सीएम ने कहा कि अगर धर्मग्रंथ को इतना ही जरूरी समझा जाता है तो इसके लिये घर का माहौल पर्याप्त है।
