देश के ज्यादातर राज्यों में इन दिनों बिजली की कटौती ने हाहाकार मचा दिया है. राजधानी दिल्ली का भी बिजली कटौती से हाल बेहाल है. सरकार का कहना है की हालात पर नजर हैं, घबराने की जरूरत नहीं.
