A leader present in the BJP legislature party meeting told ABP News that Vijay Sinha and Samrat Chaudhary will be the deputy CMs. Samrat Chaudhary is the President of Bihar BJP and Vijay Sinha is the Leader of Opposition. Let us tell you that at around 11.30 am on Sunday, Nitish Kumar resigned from the post of Chief Minister after the meeting of JDU Legislative Party. Submitted his resignation to Governor Rajendra Arlekar. After this, Nitish Kumar while talking to the media said that today we have resigned. Everything was not going well. The party's opinion was coming, this decision has been taken after everyone's opinion. The situation in the alliance was not good. We are going into a new alliance. After the resignation of Nitish Kumar, a meeting of JDU and BJP MLAs was held at the CM residence. In this meeting, Nitish Kumar was elected the leader of the NDA legislature party. After this meeting, other leaders including Nitish Kumar and Samrat Chaudhary went to Raj Bhavan. Here he staked claim to form the government. Nitish Kumar will now take oath as CM for the 9th time. Jitan Ram Manjhi's party Hum will also be included in the new government. Meanwhile, a meeting of BJP MLAs was also taking place. In this meeting, the decision regarding Vijay Sinha and Samrat Chaudhary was taken.

बिहार में राजनीतिक उठापटक के बीच सम्राट चौधरी को बीजेपी विधायक दल का नेता चुना गया है. वहीं विजय सिन्हा उपनेता चुने गए हैं. .बीजेपी विधायक दल की बैठक में मौजूद एक नेता ने एबीपी न्यूज़ को बताया कि विजय सिन्हा और सम्राट चौधरी डिप्टी सीएम होंगे. सम्राट चौधरी बिहार बीजेपी के अध्यक्ष हैं और विजय सिन्हा नेता प्रतिपक्ष.बता दें कि रविवार को करीब साढ़े 11 बजे नीतीश कुमार ने जेडीयू विधायक दल की बैठक के बाद मुख्यमंत्री पद से इस्तीफा दिया. अपना इस्तीफा राज्यपाल राजेंद्र आर्लेकर को सौंपा.इसके बाद नीतीश कुमार ने मीडिया से बात करते हुए कहा कि आज हमने इस्तीफा दे दिया. सबकुछ ठीक नहीं चल रहा था. पार्टी की राय आ रही थी, सब लोगों की राय के बाद यह फैसला लिया गया है. गठबंधन में स्थिति ठीक नहीं थी. हम नए गठबंधन में जा रहे हैं. नीतीश कुमार के इस्तीफे के बाद सीएम आवास पर जेडीयू और बीजेपी के विधायकों की बैठक हुई. इस बैठक में नीतीश कुमार एनडीए विधायक दल के नेता चुने गए. इस बैठक के बाद नीतीश कुमार और सम्राट चौधरी समेत अन्य नेता राजभवन गए. यहां उन्होंने सरकार बनाने का दावा पेश किया.नीतीश कुमार अब 9वीं बार सीएम पद की शपथ लेंगे. नई सरकार में जीतन राम मांझी की पार्टी हम भी शामिल होगे.इस बीच बीजेपी के विधायकों की भी बैठक हो रही थी. इसी बैठक में विजय सिन्हा और सम्राट चौधरी को लेकर फैसला लिया गया.
