मध्यप्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान इन दिनों गजब जल्दबाजी में हैं. आचार संहिता लगने की आहट में वो रोज ताबड़तोड़ तरीके से भूमिपूजन और लोकार्पण कर रहे हैं.भोपाल में शुक्रवार (6 अक्टूबर 2023) को उन्होंने 53 हजार करोड़ के 14 हजार से ज्यादा कामों का भूमिपूजन और लोकार्पण किया. कांग्रेस इसे जल्दबाजी में किए काम बताकर दावा कर रही है कि अब शिवराज की विदाई तय है भोपाल के रवींद्र भवन में मंच सजा था, जिसमें मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान के साथ ही अठारह विभाग के बड़े अफसर बैठे थे. मौका था प्रदेश में 53 हजार करोड़ रूपये के 14 हजार से ज्यादा कामों का भूमिपूजन और लोकार्पण का.अखबारों में बड़े-बड़े विज्ञापन छपे थे और भोपाल के इस कार्यक्रम का प्रदेश में जिन जगहों के ये काम हैं, वहां भी लाइव प्रसारण हो रहा था. मुख्यमंत्री पूरे जोश में बता रहे थे कि ये सारे काम प्रदेश की तस्वीर बदल देंगे और मध्यप्रदेश अब विकसित राज्य हो जाएगा. आचार संहिता की आहट के कारण ये सारे वो काम थे, जो मुख्यमंत्री उन संबंधित जिलों में मंच पर सभा लगाकर करने वाले थे, मगर अब आनन-फानन में किए गए. आज के इस कार्यक्रम में लोकार्पणों के कामों की राशि कम भूमिपूजन की राशि ज्यादा थी. मतलब लोकार्पण हुए करीब आठ हजार करोड़ रूपये के तो भूमिपूजन किये गए 45 हजार करोड़ के.भूमिपूजन के बाद काम कराने का जिम्मा अब नई सरकार का होगा. शिवराज ने इस बात पर भी कहा कि कर्ज लेकर काम करना कुछ गलत नहीं होता. सारी सरकारें कर्ज लेती और काम करती हैं.

Big advertisements were published in newspapers and this program of Bhopal was being telecast live in the places where these works were being done in the state. . The Chief Minister was telling with full enthusiasm that all these works will change the picture of the state and Madhya Pradesh will now become a developed state. Due to the threat of the code of conduct, all these were the things which the Chief Minister was going to do by holding meetings on the stage in those respective districts, but now they were done in a hurry. In today's program, the amount of inauguration work was less and the amount of Bhoomi Pujan was more. Meaning, about Rs 8,000 crore was inaugurated and Bhoomi Pujan was done worth Rs 45,000 crore. After the Bhoomi Pujan, the responsibility of getting the work done will now be on the new government. Shivraj also said that there is nothing wrong in working by taking loan. All governments take loans and work.
