जातीय गणना (Bihar Caste Survey) के आंकड़े जारी होने के बाद मंगलवार को मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार (Nitish Kumar) ने सर्वदलीय बैठक बुलाई थी. इस बैठक में नौ दलों को बुलाया गया था. मुख्यमंत्री की अध्यक्षता में सीएम सचिवालय में बैठक हुई. बैठक में जाति आधारित गणना के आंकड़ों पर चर्चा हुई है. वहीं, बीजेपी (BJP) के नेता और 'हम' संयोजक जीतन राम मांझी (Jitan Ram Manjhi) ने मौजूदा जाति आधारित गणना में कई खामियों को सरकार के सामने रखा, जिस पर मुख्यमंत्री ने गंभीरता से लेते हुए सम्बंधित अधिकारी को उसे दूर करने की बात कही. बैठक में सामाजिक और आर्थिक सर्वेक्षण के आंकड़े नहीं रखे गए, जिसका बीजेपी ने विरोध किया है. मुख्यमंत्री ने आश्वासन दिया है कि सामाजिक और आर्थिक सर्वेक्षण के आंकड़ों को विधानसभा में सत्र के दौरान रखा जाएगा. बीजेपी की तरफ से नेता प्रतिपक्ष विजय कुमार सिन्हा और हरि सहनी शामिल हुए. वहीं, महागठबंधन की तरफ से छह और एनडीए की तरफ से दो, एक एआईएमआईएम के नेता बैठक में शामिल हुए. नौ पार्टियों के नेता बैठक में शामिल हुए
