On the issue of a controversial statement, Nupur Sharma filed a petition in the Supreme Court and demanded the transfer of the FIR filed against her in different states to Delhi. But the court made a strong remark that Nupur Sharma is responsible for whatever happened in Udaipur.

विवादित बयान के मुद्दे पर नूपुर शर्मा ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका लगाकर अपने खिलाफ अलग-अलग राज्यों में दायर FIR को दिल्ली ट्रांसफर करने की मांग की. लेकिन कोर्ट ने सख्त टिप्पणी करते हुए कहा कि उदयपुर में जो कुछ हुआ उसके लिए नूपुर शर्मा जिम्मेदार हैं.
