صلح ہوگئی | Shehzad Akbar Ne Tareen Group Member Nazeer Chauhan Ko Maaf Kar Dia

وزیراعظم کے معاون خصوصی شہزاد اکبر نے ترین گروپ کے رکن پنجاب اسمبلی نذیر چوہان کو معاف کر دیا۔ شہزاد اکبر نے سٹامپ پیپر پر صلح نامہ بھی تحریر کر دیا۔

معاون خصوصی شہزاد اکبر نے معافی نامے میں کہا کہ نذیر چوہان نے اپنی غلطی تسلیم کرلی ہے، نذیر چوہان کی ضمانت پر کوئی اعتراض نہیں۔ دونوں کے درمیان صلح میں فیاض چوہان نے کردار ادا کیا۔

ادھر پاکستان تحریک انصاف کے رہنما نذیر چوہان نے دوبارہ سیشن کورٹ میں درخواست ضمانت دائر کر دی، جس میں انہوں نے موقف اپنایا کہ غلط فہمی کی بنیاد پر مقدمہ درج کروایا گیا، مدعی سے صلح ہوچکی، عدلات سے استدعا ہے کہ درخواست ضمانت منظور کی جائے۔

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Member of Provincial Assembly (MPA) Nazir Chohan on Tuesday has apologized from Adviser to the Prime Minister on Accountability Shahzad Akbar for sharing a post on social media against him.

In a written statement, Nazir Chohan stated that he seeks apology from Shahzad Akbar for mistake of alleging his faith.

“I will not give any statement to hurt feelings and reputation of Shahzad Akbar in future,” Nazir Chohan added.

Responding to Nazir Chohan’s apology, Shahzad Akbar issued an affidavit, stating, the accused has admitted his mistake, sought pardon and showed remorse over his false allegations from the complainant for which the complainant had forgiven him in light of Islamic injunctions of Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) and for sake of Almighty Allah.

The complainant has no objection for concession of post arrest of accused, the affidavit further read
