Young boy paid 'ultimate price' for neglect

A social housing activist says a two-year-old boy Awaab Ishak, who died as a result of mouldy living conditions, has paid the "ultimate price for corporate neglect".

Kwajo Tweneboa has been campaigning for social housing reform and said the death of Awaab Ishak is "absolutely horrific" but not surprising.

He explained that he has seen similar cases of people living in horrendous conditions, with some pleading for help for more than 20 years.
