#JeremyHunt has delivered his last spring #budget before the #generalelection.

The #Chancellor has cut 2p off every pound that goes towards National Insurance, but admits the overall #tax burden is still higher than it’s been in the last 70 years.

The cuts have been labelled a "#Tory con" by #Labour, which leaves people paying "more for less".
