Russian missiles struck the Ukrainian capital Kyiv on Sunday for the first time in a month. The country's railway operator says one of its facilities was hit. Russia claims it was targetting western-donated tanks. The attack came as President Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited troops and towns in the eastern Donbas region.
