It's the latest in what seems to be a common sight in Canada these days – travel delays – after WestJet saw a technical system outage on Thursday, it left people struggling to obtain boarding passes and luggage tags.

The outage also impacted flight plans at airports and payment services on the airline's website. Some passengers in Toronto said they had arrived early only to be told their flight was cancelled and would need to call WestJet to find out what they could do.

Kayla McLean spoke with some of the people waiting in line to get their opinion on this latest delay.
