WestJet causes turbulence with customers over federal aid fallout

WestJet, Canada's second-largest airline, has pulled the plug on talks with the federal government over a COVID-19 relief package.

Other major carriers have reached deals with Ottawa, in exchange for refunds for passengers for flights cancelled by the pandemic.

The federal government says it and WestJet mutually agreed on the suspended negotiations, but that future talks are still on the table. Meanwhile, as Anne Gaviola explains, WestJet's decision is causing turbulence among customers.
