कुल्लू-मंडी में सैकड़ों की तादाद में घूमने आए सैलानी बीच में ही फंस गए है. भारी बारिश के कारण चंडीगढ़-मनाली नेशनल हाईवे को बंद कर दिया गया है. हिमाचल में अलर्ट जारी कर दिया गया है. सैलानियों से भी सावधानी बरतने की विशेष अपील की गई है.
