Delhi High Court began hearing the petition relating to various issues, including oxygen supply in the wake of rise in Covid-19 cases in the national capital.
Delhi High Court said that we are getting many calls, even you (Solicitor General Tushar Mehta) may be getting calls from people, with requests for beds. High Court said that the people in Delhi are suffering and many have lost lives due to oxygen shortage, asks Centre to resolve the issues.



Delhi Govt's advocate tells HC that out of 8 PSA plants, 2 already operational & 2 were to be operational by 30th April; for the rest all permissions given by Delhi govt but some authorities stepped in and said they need certain changes & approval once again from the UT Govt.
