WATCH: What Biden's new sanctions could mean for Russia

President Joe Biden on Thursday announced new sanctions on Russia following its invasion of Ukraine. In remarks from the White House, Biden said Putin “chose this war" and will feel the effects of those actions through sanctions on major financial institutions and individuals.
