Jonathan Turley, a George Washington University law professor, said he did not think there is “a real case for obstruction” against President Donald Trump based on the evidence laid out in the Mueller report. Turley's comments came in response to a question from Rep. John Ratcliffe, R-Texas, during a Dec. 4 House Judiciary Committee hearing that is part of the impeachment probe into Trump. The focus of the Judiciary hearing is to define the grounds of a presidential impeachment.
