A week of massive rains and flooding in Brazil's state of Rio Grande do Sul has left at least 83 people dead and more than over 200 injured, local authorities said Monday.
More than 120,000 people have been displaced as the historic flooding damaged infrastructure and caused landslides and power blackouts.
