The diet Beyonce used to get in shape after the birth of her twins is causing a big stir. The star opened up about the pressure she felt slim down from her postpartum weight of 218 pounds in "Homecoming," a new documentary released on Netflix. The star said that ahead of her 2018 headline-making Coachella performance, she cut out bread, carbs, sugar, dairy, fish and alcohol and added that she was "hungry." Dr. Richard Firshein, a nutrition specialist, said the diet is very restrictive.
