The destroyer USS Porter, armed with guided missiles, has left the Turkish capital Istanbul for the Black Sea, prompting condemnation from Moscow. Russian FM Lavrov said such activities were in line with Washington’s consistent policy of stirring up confrontation between Russia and its Black Sea neighbors.
