The U.S. Secret Service said in an update on Sunday that there will be no changes to its security plan in the wake of a failed assassination attempt on former president Donald Trump.

Audrey Gibson-Cicchino, Republican National Convention (RNC) coordinator of the Secret Service, said the service has a comprehensive security plan in place for the event and is “fully prepared.”

The update comes after Trump was injured following a shooting at a rally in Butler, Pa., on Saturday that left two people dead, including the shooter. Two other spectators were critically injured, authorities said.

The Secret Service said afterward that it killed the suspected shooter, 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks, who attacked from an elevated position outside the rally venue.
