Ahead of the Uttar Pradesh poll in 2022, the BJP govt is planning to build a grand memorial in the name of the Dalit icon and the architect of the Constitution, Dr. BR Ambedkar. The project is expected to cost around Rs 50 crore, and president Ram Nath Kovind will virtually inaugurate it.
