AIMIM CHief Asaduddin Owaisi defended Jan Adhikar Party chief Babu Singh Kushwaha on Thursday saying that the UP government has imposed forced charges on him. He said that until the Indian court does not find anyone guilty he has the right to contest the elections. Owaisi added that the BJP should first check on his own leaders, citing Union Minister Teni over the Lakhimpur Kheri row, before sending others to jail.
