Ukraine's Russian-held Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant is connected to the grid again, after an hours-long cutoff. The UN's Nuclear Watchdog says the cause of the outage is still unclear, but earlier Ukrainian officials blamed Russian forces for starting fires that damaged power lines connecting the plant to the grid. For weeks now, fighting in the area has raised fears of a nuclear accident, at what is Europe's largest nuclear power plant.
