Ukraine war: 'New Russian offensive has begun'

A major new Russian offensive in Ukraine has begun, NATO says.

Speaking to reporters, NATO secretary general Jens Stoltenberg said the organisation sees "no sign whatsoever" that Russian president Vladimir Putin is "preparing for peace".
