UN-brokered deal guaranteeing safety of Ukrainian grain exports is set to expire on Thursday May 18.
UN also signed a memorandum of understanding with Moscow to ensure Russian food & fertiliser supplies.
Under the three-year pact, the UN pledged to help with removing restrictions on Russian exports.
Moscow wants to reconnect Russian agricultural bank to swift, resume imports of machinery & parts.
Moscow has repeatedly said its demands under un pact have not been met & threatens to drop grain deal.
