A dramatic video captured a 16-year old girl, Inci Okan, stuck under the rubble of an 8-story building being rescued on Saturday, 17 hours after a strong earthquake struck Turkey's Aegean province of Izmir. Three other women were also rescued from the rubble of a collapsed residential building after being trapped under the debris for more than 10 hours.

Pets, including a cat and Okan's dog Fistik, which means Pistachio in English, was also rescued from the rubbles of "Riza Bey building."

Rescuers are racing to comb through the rubble after Friday's quake killed 26 people in Turkey and two on the Greek island of Samos, officials said.

It destroyed at least 20 buildings in Izmir, causing panic in the city and setting off tidal waves that slammed into coastal areas and islands.
